Create an Account to access the Support Portal

Audience: all Contract Eagle users

Welcome to Contract Eagle's Customer Support Portal. To access our knowledge base of support articles and video tutorials, you need to create an account. If you need help with this process - or with anything else - click the Submit a request link in the top-right. 

Let's get you set up!

  1. Click this link to open another instance of the Support Portal in a separate browser window - then you can work through the steps there but keep these instructions on-screen.
  2. Over in that other browser window, click Sign in in the top right of the screen:


  3. In the next screen, click the Sign up link:


  4. Enter your full name, your work email address, and work through any reCAPTCHA verification. Click Sign up.


  5. On clicking Sign up you will see the message below. Go to your Inbox to check for a verification email.


  6. Check your Inbox for an email from Contract Eagle Support with a verification link. If you cannot see the email in your Inbox, try your Junk or Spam folder. When you find the email, click the link to verify your email address:


  7. After clicking the link, you will be taken to a screen to create a password for your account. Enter the password according to the password requirements on-screen and click Set password.


Congratulations! Now you're a signed-in user, you'll be able to browse and search through our knowledge base of articles and videos.
